Mort has over 34 years of experience in private business and is a proven  professional negotiator.  A Centre College graduate. Mort began his career in real estate while still in college, owning and managing real estate investments.  Mort enjoys working with buyers and sellers, especially investors.

Peggy  grew up in Kentucky and has been married to her husband, Jim, for over 30 years.  She and Jim  have personally bought and sold 6 houses, including one they built themselves.  She loves making the home buying or selling process easier for her clients. She enjoys doing interior decorating and staging and she and her husband offer free financial counseling to clients trying to buy a home. 

When she is not working on real estate or on a DIY house project, she can be found in the kitchen creating healthy recipes, outside working in her garden, teaching yoga or enjoying her family.

Matt is a life long central Kentucky resident with a passion for real estate investing. This passion started at a young age helping his grandparents with their rental properties. Matt and his wife are currently completely renovating their first house.
